Zenarts Academy, an internationally acclaimed art institution, founded in Chennai in 2009 has kindled, nurtured and developed artists of all age groups. We believe that everybody is an artist and it takes the right people to see it. Art has the power to transform, to illuminate, to educate and motivate.Here at Zenarts Academy, we give a holistic approach to the student.

Mr. C. Mullai Rajan, born in a sandy village in veeravanallur near Tirunelveli has had immense passion for the art form right from his childhood. He was initially trained by Mr. Nagoor Miran, his teacherin Amir Jamal Higher Secondary School.He was also trained by Mr. Ilayaraja and Mr. Siva Balan in Chennai. He is a well acclaimed artist excelling in the field for the past 15 years. He graduated from the Govt. College of Fine Arts with a Master’s degree in 2009. He explores various forms of paintings such as original abstract paintings, figurative paintings, Realistic paintings, Landscape paintings, contemporary paintings in oil and acrylic art paintings. Mullai Rajan specialises in water colour paintings and his recent work “OLD CHENNAI”, depicting Madras in the 1950’s left its admirers awestruck. He was also the Assistant Art Director for the film ‘PASANGA’ that won a national award for the best feature film. He has also exhibited his painting in various art galleries across India.
